For XP 64, you would know why you paid extra and had to look hard to find the vendor and the compatible hardware. In Explorer, go to Help, About, or go to Start, Run and type winver. XP64 is only available for Pro, so if you have Home or MEdia Center, you can only have the 32 bit version. HTH -pk
