XP Upgrade

I recently upgraded from ME to XP Home. I keep getting a
message for Motive Monitor Service. What is this
program. Is it legit?
 
It's nothing to do with XP but is possible some older software that your PC
manufacturer had included with your WindowsME system for some reason....
I've not heard of it before but a common one that crops up is BackWeb that
is installed by default on HP PCs. You can usually remove BW with
Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel... so you might find your program
the same way.

So I guess you're running a Dell PC. You can check at www.dell.com for an
update.
