XP upgrade?

My sister needs to restore her PC. She has Windows ME.
She then wants to use her XP upgrade. But it has already
been used 2 times. Do the upgrades expire after you use
them some many times? It is registered to her and her
busband but she seems to think that she can only use the
XP upgrade disks a total of 3 times...

Greetings

Windows maybe install on ONE PC per licence. If you have two PC's you will
need 2 copies of Windows. If you have 3 PC's you will need 3 copies of
Windows, and so on. You may install Windows on the same PC as many times as
you would like.
