HELP- SYSTEM TIMES OUT EVERY TWENTY MINUTES OR SO, WHEN
IN E-MAIL OR ON INTERNET. (NOT TOO GOOD WITH COMPUTERS
YET)I'VE BEEN CHECKING OUT DOWNLOADING UPGRADES. NOT SURE
WHAT TO DO. FAMILY ORIENTED COMPUTER SURFER. ANY
SUGGESTIONS?

What do you mean by "timed out"? What exactly happens every 20 minutes?
Need more of a description to understand what the problem is.
