Try this:-
1.Start->Run cmd.exe
2. net stop w32time
3. w32tm.exe /unregister
4. w32tm.exe /register
5. net start w32time

There was a time, not so very long ago, when, at every tolling of the hour

the world.

Today, with every tick of the Atomic Clock at the National Bureau of

tried your fix but I still get same error. Thanks again for your help

I think that anyone who bothered to check discovered this problem after
they upgraded to SP2. You can check old newsgroup postings via google
and see a flood of people reporting this problem, along with a variety
of supposed fixes. But I don't think anyone has a clue what broke this
when SP2 was installed. Some ignore the problem. Some suggest trying
a different time service on the net.

And they spent a billion dollars for this?!?
