XP Theme Deleted After Update

Afetr installing an update, my XP theme magically dissappeared. I have tried
manually loading from the Luna.theme file and it tells me that the theme
service isn't running but I have checked in the administrative tools and it
says that it is started and running. Only the classic style is available.
Please help. I have tried the Kelly website which doesn't help either. Anr
suggestions?

Verify that Use visual styles on windows and buttons is checked off. If
still the same, run the edit on line 271:

How do I verify that the use visual styles on windows and buttons is on?

Ok so I ran edit line 271, no changes.....and I made sure the visual styles
on windows and buttons was checked off (meaning its on?). Anyways I tried
both ways, checked and not checked. There is still no differnece. Any more
suggestions?

Actually, I don't know if i was an update. I just noticed it happned after I
restarted my omputer after updating it. Now, it actually asks me to do the
same 5 updates everytime I turn my computer on. Please help.
