XP taskbar scroll according to working window

I run many program at the same time, so taskbar appears a scroll to let
me to page up/down.
While I use alt-tab to select a program whose icon in another page of
taskbar, taskbar will scroll to the page that contains the icon.
It seems smart, but I don't like it.
Does anyone know how to make it like the taskbar of win2k?
Thanks.

Do you mean this? Right click on Start button > Properties > Tarkbar and
uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons".

Thanks. But I don't mean that. I have already unchecked the option.
In my XP, taskbar can place about 16 task icons, so it will become two
pages if I run another program to create 17-th icon.
Then, I describe a scenario:
1. 1 ~ 16 icons in page 1, and 17-th icon in page 2.
2. If working or foreground window is task 1 (1-st icon), taskbar
shows page 1.
3. Then, if I click the window (not icon in taskbar) 17-th of tasks,
taskbar will show page 2 automatically.
(However, I want to keep it in page 1)

Could you help me?
Thanks.

No, but you can increase the height/width of the taskbar to display all
icons at once
