XP Stop c000021a

Norm

I just installed Security Update for Windows XP (KB824146)

Now upon startup I get the following error:


STOP: c0000021A {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000407 (0x00000000
0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.


Can not reboot in safe mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
