XP SP2 Windows Update

I cancelled SP2 Update and later when I ran Windows
Update again, SP2 never shows up again.

Where to locate the link to manaully download SP2?

I have the same problem - SP2 never shows up in Automatic
Updates.

Why?

Before I know the reson, I will not install it manually.
(I heard that it's delayed for 4 months because it's not
ready - rumors)

It is NOT delayed.
False rumours.
If it were true:
1. No one would be getting SP-2...many do
2. It would be all over the news...it is not.
