How to re-Install my windows XP SP2 with updates

Sue

Message: I have installed all the required updates and SP3 for my computer, I
would like to reinstall my software (SP2), Is there any way I can copy these
updates from my computer onto CD so that I don't have to download them all
again?

No. They are intergrated into your System.
You have to download and save them seperately to do what you wanted to do.
And you don't do that from Windows Update, auto or Notify..

Hi Sue, if you have SP3 installed and your original Windows installation was
Sp1 or SP2, then all you need is SP3 + the updates from then on.

List of fixes that are included in Windows XP Service Pack 3

Unfortunately you cannot reuse the updates that are downloaded
automatically.

If you wish to keep the updates you must manually download and save them.

for other updates -

You can also download individual updates from the Catalog and save to be
installed later.
http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx

Click Add button for each update you want to download. Once you have what
you want, Click the "Go To Download Basket" link. Type in or browse to the
location where you want the updates saved to and then Click the "Download
Now" button.
Once downloaded, you can then burn them to CD.
