XP SP2 where are thou?

Last week this forum published a release schedule for XP
SP2 which stated August 16th as the availability date for
people with Automatic Update who had NOT received the
pre-release.

Well, I am one of those people. However, it is now August
17th and haven't heard a thing.

Does anybody know what's happening?

The lastest info I heard was:

August 18th For XP Home Users (Automatic Update)
August 25th XP Professional Edition (Automatic Update)

This is to ensure companies are tested e.t.c as much as possible before role
out.
