XP SP2 sysprep user profiles

We are currently working on our Windows XP image that
would be deployed to all our users. We ran into a problem
that surfaced when we added XP SP2 to the image. What's
happening is that when we install Office 2003 (using a
MST file for customization) on the imaging PC with XP SP2
on it and then sysprep it for deployment - when you log
into AD as a user and launch Outlook, an administrator
account in AD wants to be the default user profile
instead of it populating the current logged on user. It
worked in XP SP1 and now it's not. Does anyone know how
this can be fixed?

Hi

Note that this is somewhat changed in WinXP SP2:

The mini-setup that runs after sysprep is run on a WinXP SP2 computer,
copies the Administrator profile over to the Default User profile (the
source for future new accounts). This copy step is new for SP2. If you
want to avoid this Administrator profile copying (to have it behave as
pre-SP2), rename the Administrator account.

Does any know where I can find a document the explains the changes in
Sysprep. I mean really explains the changes, not just an outline. I'm
finding that this particular change w.r.t. Default Profile is a real
nuisance.
