SP2 is working fine on my Corp. Edition of WinXP Pro. Does your WinXP have SP1 installed? If it allows you to install SP1,,,it will allow you to install SP2. There are ways to make this happen.
Whoops,,,I just noticed you said you had SP1a. Look for a little program called SerialKeyChanger.
