Service Pack 2 on Corp XP?

Has anyone gotten Service Pack 2 to install on a Corp XP with Service Pack
1a and all the patches? I keep getting a "FILE NOT FOUND" error right after
it extracts the files.

Any ideas to track down the problem?

No body knows the trouble (s)he has seen:)
No file been found -
No SP2 has yet been seen.

It's SP2 beta, isn't it.
And trouble is seen;-)
