Xp-Sp2 Database not getting updated

hi
while using the Component Database Manager, I am not able to inport few .sld
file while few files imported properly.
Can anybody please provide me the fix for the same.

More information is needed, like where is the relative location of the
database machine, what's changed since the last time it was working, etc...?
