XP SP1 Upgrade problems

after XP upgrade this is what pops out on reboot:
SPRINGFLD_ADV-DAEMON:WksCall.exe - entry point not found

the procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located at
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

I can't find anything on this - anybody can help me ?
This is really annoying. When hit OK everythings continue
without noticable problem
