XP slowness

Is there a problem with 100% cpu system usage? Check the
system tray. If so, it could be the indexing service or
perhaps the system restore service. I had problems with
both hogging my CPU for no apparant reason.

No. CPU is regular usage. 98% System Idle. Menus just slow. Safe mode
works fine. Stripped XP SP1 integrated install. Only happening with a few
users. The only thing that I can tie it in with, is users that have
disables offline folders. I'm not sure if we should try enabling them
again...
