Hello,
Ever since my first failed attempt to upgrade to XP SP2
my computer will wake on it's own from standby mode.
Also during boot-up my numlock key is not set to on.
I've checke the bios for this and it is set to "enabled"
but at the completion of the restart the kie is off. As
far as the waking I've checked my scheduled tasks to see
if "Wake if asleep" option is on and they are not. This
happens several times during a day and it doesn't matter
if I'm logged on or off. I'm beginning to wonder if
maybe my bios may have a problem but there are no errors
on start-up. I do hear one beep but I think that is ok.
My bios is AAVIP01.
Any ideas on what I could check?
