Hi
i am totally new to forums, but would be enormously gratefull if anyone can
shed any light on this issue for me. I have windows XP home on a pentium 4
machine with adequate ram/cpu (recently overhauled) and am unable to install
the art software for my daughter (kidpix) because the process is halted about
halfway through by an error message stating that no shortcut could be
created. I am told this is because the machine is older and that there is
something in windows service pack 2 which is causing this.
Many thanks
simon.
