Xp scambling my jpg photos when sent by e-mail.

I have been using hotmail for years with Millenium 2000
and using Ulead Photoplus 4 (PP4)and the PP4 explorer
with no problems. When I changed to XP last Septemeber I
started experiencing problems when I edited with PP4 and
tried to view the jpgs after on XP windows picture and
fax viewer. They were scambled and unreadable. I stopped
using the Pp4 and all the Pictures on My computer work
fine now, I have a huge collection, (I am the
unoffical 'Data Base' for our big family, spread all over
the UK. Now NONE of the e-mails I send will deliver any
picture I attach. I tried using Yahoo, instead, tried
sending as Bitmaps, gifs etc. They ALL corrupt and
scamble in Transit. They view, print and slide show here,
its just E-mail that destroys them.I tried to find out on
XP diagnostics why and it says there was a "watson Crash
in september caused by PP4.. this was around the time
this e-mail problem started it must be the culprit, but
what can I do to fix it? Help. please anyone, my
grandkids and kids are clamering for family fotos and I

Ulead doesn't support this product and I suspect it isn't XP friendly. Have you tried
the compatibility option, right-click the program icon, properties, compatibility
tab. Experiment with different settings.

Are you sure that Photoplus 4 is a Ulead Product? Serif software puts out a
Photoplus Program. You can ask question about their products at the
following user forum.
