[Xp]-"Run as : account" problem

The problem is simply that everytime i double click on a program it will ask me under which account i want to use it, which sometimes influences the way the program works or wont run at all. I know its related to the fact that when i dont actually choose an account to log in when i start my computer and i was wondering if there was a way that i could disable that annoying "run as" forever.

Hi Keith,

Not without establishing a regular user account. This is part of the
permissions and security schemes that is the basis of an NT-based system.
