Win Xp Running as account

The problem is that my win xp keeps asking me on which account i want to run a program i just opened also asking me if i wanted it to be protected. Sometimes the program doesnt run and other time it wont load fully, i want to know how to disable that feature

Sounds like you have profile issues on your machine. I would check to see if your user account has local administrator rights. If your using "legacy" apps,,, they sometimes wont run untill you have full access, which only the administrator has.
