is there a way to delete the repair process once
it starts by removing the process from hard drive
or by connecting hard drive to another computer so it
reverts back to windows before repair process started

If you are referring to System Restore, you can undo a restoration: Look in
the Help and Support Center for 'undo last restoration' (without the
quotes.)

If you are referring to a repair installation of Windows XP, that cannot be
undone.
