XP Repair Installation

After removing FunLove virus, components of XP
Professional not working. Completed the repair
installation of XP and after the logon, all I get is the
wallpaper. No Task Bar, No Icons, No Functionality
except CTRL+ALT+DEL which brings up the task manager.

I need help..
