How do I create the Repair disk that XP asks about when you boot up with the
XP CD-ROM?
 
The Windows XP CD is also the repair disk.

One of the things that we, who have learned Windows since its inception,
need to change in our thinking is the concept of the Repair, or Startup
Diskette. There isn't one as such for Windows XP. The CD is bootable, and it
contains all the utilities you'll need in order to perform this operation.
