XP Registration requirefd (again) after restoring Ghost-backup-image

Hello,

after restoring a Ghost backup-image of partition C: and after booting
XP I am asked to register
Windows XP (again) (of course before making that backup-image, WXP was
already registered..)

That 5 year old backup-image is restored to nearly identical HW,
except a new DVD-burner is installed.

Thank's a lot for any feedback!

Registration is optional.
If you are actually being asked to register - don't.
Won't matter.

Activation is *not* optional.
If you are being asked to activate - just do it.
Can't do it over the web? Choose to activate by phone and call the toll-free
number given when you do so.

You are being asked to ACTIVATE it, not register it.

Don't want to? DON'T.

Of course, your system will stop working very soon.
