Machine crashed and trying to use recovery disk but it
asks for admin password, which I swear I never set. It
won't take blank though.

Is there anyway to get on machice, disable and try again?
Note: My machine will not boot in ANY mode (safe, last,
etc).

If not option, does reinstalling wipe all data on
computer? I never backed up and company I bought from
(Micron) did not supply all program disks:(

Thanks but:

1) I can't understand what that site instructs me to do

2) I don't think I want to DL software like that to boot
my machine.

Isn't there another way? This seems to be a common
problem from reading the boards, though there doesn't seem
to be an 'official' solution.

Had the same problem. I just hit Enter after selecting
the OS to repair then typed "exit" at the windows prompt.
That seemed to work.

Good luck
