xp reboots several times on startup

When starting or restarting xp, my pc reboots several times. This happens
most of the time but not all of the time. When windows finally loads after
several reboots (1-5) a message appears: Windows has recovered from a fatal
error. I would appreciate your help.
 
tap F8 before the xp starts to load and choose "Disable Automatic Restart"
and then you should see a error message at the point the computer
restart.What is the mesaage ?
 
I didn't get any message after disabling Automatic Restart. Thank-you Ayush.
I hope that takes care of my problem.
