i'm not sure if this your problem but there is a vrus that causes that?
but i also had a looping problem which turned out to be corrupt data files
on harddrive.try scandisk. i tried to scandisk and it could not fix problem
so i reloaded win xp pro with the sp2 package. you can reload without losing
your files. just put your win xp disc in follow instructions. in will delete
win xp and rewrite it. all other stuff will be in c: prgram files you just
need look for them. you will lose all shortcuts on dektop.
