computer restarts itself

My WinXP Pro machine restarts itself and I get this BSOD code:

STOP 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf9124f6, 0xef8016fc, 0x00000000)
win32k.sys- Address BF9124F6 base at BF800000, Date Stamp 3ec91421

Can anybody tell me what this means?

This most often refers to bad or poor performing ram . Xp is very
susceptible to substandard ram where Win 98 will run well on the same ram.
Change out or swap ram to troubleshoot. Jym
