XP Professional Display Theme keeps changing

I've used many computers with XP but I've never met this problem before.
It's only a small thing really, but whenever I boot my computer I never know
which display theme I'm going to get! Sometimes it's windows classic,
sometimes its XP. One day it will be blue, the next, grey. Once or twice
it's been pale beige! Anyone have any ideas what's causing this and how to
stop it? It's annoying me!

Thanks for your help, Kelly. I tried the download you suggested but it
changed my background colour on the desktop to mid blue, when I had it set to
dark blue before to match a picture I've got as my wallpaper. Even though I
changed it back again, every time I reboot it reverts to mid blue now. The
rest of the theme is maintained with your tweak though. Any way of keeping
my desktop background colour dark blue? Your help is appreciated.

Hi!

Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it. Sadly, your suggestion has not
worked, I still get the pale blue screen. Thanks for trying though.
