XP PROBLEM

BOUGHT UPGRADE. PC GOES THROUGH WHOLE SET UO AND THAN
GIVES BLUE SCREEN WITH THIS MESSAGE "
IRQC_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. THAN THERES A WHOLE BUNCH OF
TECH AND SOMTHING ABOUT A MEM DUMP. I HAVE RE FORMATTED
AND 98 INSTALLS FINE. PLEASE HELP
 
A piece of your hardware is incompatible with XP, or you
have a flaky stick of memory
