INSTALL PROBLEMS

BOUGHT XP HOME UPGRADE. GOES THROUGH WHOLE THING AND THAN
SCREEN GOES BLUE WITH THIS
MESSAGE "IRQC_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. 98 LOADS FINE. I HAVE
REFORMATTED AND CLEANED HARD DRIVE PLEASE HELP.

Please turn off your caps lock key. It is considered shouting, rude, and
is hard to read. That error indicates a problem with drivers, so
probably some piece of hardware in your machine isn't going to work
with XP. Did you run the MS Upgrade Advisor first? You can try
installing again, pulling all cards except video and removing all
peripherals first. If still unsuccessful, test your RAM and/or hard
drive. Since you didn't give your system specs (perhaps your machine is
not adequate for XP - having 98 loading fine means nothing here), more
specific advice is impossible to give. Post back with details if you
need more help.
