XP pro very slow logging process?

I have several XP Pro machine which take up to 3 min's to
log on. My Win2K Pro in the same domain take like 30's.

Any idea's

Do you see anything unusual on the XP machines under the event viewer?
 
Many thanks for the hint!!. It was a netlogon issues due
to wrong config of my DC with DHCP. I pointed them to an
external DNS server..Ops!
