xp pro upgrade

i have an xp pro upgrade that i used for a laptop. i sold
that laptop and bought a new one. i reformated the old
laptop without an os. so can i use my xp pro upgrade disk
again on my new laptop????

Yes, you may have to activate by phone though. That is no big deal. You will
be given a phone number to call when it comes activation time. It may take 5
minutes.
