As a novice..I want to use Frontpage IIS but only have XP Home

If I purchase XP Pro Upgrade, is this going to answer my problem..?

XP Pro comes with IIS.

Partially. FrontPage and the Internet Information Server (IIS) are two
separate products. The latter, IIS comes with WinXP Pro, but is not
installed by default. Frontpage is a separate application that must be
purchased and installed separate.

Yes, but Windows XP Pro allows only 10 users to connect at any one time. To
allow more users, buy Windows Server 2003.
