XP Pro upgrade from 98SE

Line 5118 d:\xpclient\bass\boot\setup\setup.c While trying
to upgrade to xp pro I get this error. Also I get this
stop error after the previous page 0x0000006B
(0xC000003A,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x00000000) Can anyone
give me a clue?
