Can anyone tell me why when I follow tithe Microsoft advice to change the ID
number, the activation screen comes up and then disappears before I am able
to input the necessary information to make the change. As a result I cannot
install service pack 1 which I need to do as one of my hard drives is not
identified by Windows. It is shown in the BIOS on start but is not shown in
Windows. Help please and thanks in advance.
