XP Pro not licensed for W2K Terminal Services

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why Windows XP Pro would be issued a
temporary licensed for 90 days only and not permanently
licensed. I know that Win2K is permanently licensed for
WIN2K Terminal Services. XP Pro is apparently not.
Is there any truth to this. Do I need to call the
clearing house to activate this? Is this a bug.
The last information from knowledgebase Q323597 stated that
that Windows XP Professional Based clients implies that
it is licensed.

Thanks to all that would reply.

All for the best!

XP Pro clients should be issued a permanent license on
their second connection to the terminal server, assuming
you have an activated license server on your network.

If this isn't the case, have you tried deleting the
MSLicensing registry key on that client, then reconnecting
a few times?
