XP Pro Network Install

If I was to copy the XP Pro Install CD to a shared drive on the server, is
there an easy way to install the OS on other machines over the ethernet
network?

I'm assuming I would need a network boot disk, but would need some
assistance on how to create one, preferably one that had generic ethernet
drivers.
