XP Pro Media center

I accidentally deleted some TV recording I made using media center. I looked
for them with undelete program but I don't know if the names were changed on
deletion and the file extensions. I can find them in Media center recorded
history; some say partial and some say deleted. Is there a way to restore
them either in Media center or through the undelete program I purchased?
