XP Pro machine will not print from IE and OE, but works from Opera

Dell 4600 with XP Pro, IE7, and OE - will not print webpages or e-mails.....
I installed Opera and it prints both just fine. Trouble is - the girl using
the 'puter likes IE and OE... I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE7 and OE,
thinking this would help. to no avail... same thing happened... I have also
deleted and downloaded a new set of printer drivers. Any thoughts where to
look next?? Thanks for any assistance.

The next thing to do is post any error messages you get when you try to
print from IE or OE.

Does Print Preview work and can you print from there?

No. Print preview just comes up as a blank screen....... no document shows
to print
