XP-Pro log on

I have look around and can not find the answer.
I had to do a complete restore, ans now the log on screen goes stright to
the NT log on screen. I have disabled the use window log on but it keeps
comming up with the NT administrator log on screen. Help Please.
 
I figured it out, I turned use welcome screen on and use Fast User Switching
on. Now it loads me right up.
