XP Pro keeps rebooting

I have seen this question posted before but I haven't been able to find a
solution.
Problem-Whenever I start up my Windows XP Pro computer it will get to the
Windows XP screen and then the screen will go black like it's going to go to
the login screen and then the computer reboots.

So far this is what I have tried:
1. I have ran a test on the memory using a tool from http://www.memtest86.com
2. I have 2 sticks of mem in there. I have tried to take one out at a time
and booting up the machine and I have also tried new mem
3. I have a Maxtor HD - Ran the Diag on it
4. I have tried to boot into safe mode
5. I have tried a different power supply
6. Tried to boot to the last known good configuration
7. I have tried to replace the
Kernel32.dll(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=310396)
8. I didn't install any new hardware/software prior to this problem happening.

None of these have worked and I have ran out of ideas. Does anyone have any
other suggestions that I can try without losing the data on the drive?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions..

If you can afford, get another hard disk, clone it first.

1st - check that board have no faulty capacitor. Faulty capacitor normally
will bloat up.
2nd - Scan for virus
3rd - Re install OS.

You have tried a lot of stuff in vain. It is most likely needing a repair
install of windows. Go here and if you have your windows disc and key code
follow the steps.

It could however be a problem with another part but it would be easiest to
run a repair install. Good Luck,
