XP Pro - Full Version

I just got Windows XP and find that it says it is for use
with systems without Windows and systems with 95 or
older. Mine uses 98 SE. What kind of problem will i run
into if i try to use this. I haven't opened the box yet.
I thought i should ask this question first.

I prefer to keep the full version if at all possible.

Yes, you can use it to upgrade 98se no problem

You probably have the full retail version of the system. This will
upgrade your Win98SE system just fine. But you could have bought the
upgrade version for considerably less money, and it would also do the
job.
