XP Pro Clients Logons takes too long

I have deployed Small business server 2000.

I have new XP Pro clients accesing the win 2000 server and
the login process takes like 3 minutes.

In win 200 pro clients I don't have this problem.

What could be the cause???

What sould I change in SMS2000 to avoid this problem????

Check the ipconfig/all from the clients. Does everything point to the
server-IP? How many nics in the server? Check your setup on
www.smallbizserver.net and have a look at section Workstations for special
issues with XP.
