XP Pro - Bootable USB image using Ghost

I am trying to create an image I can use to boot from USB. I don't have the
XP installation CD instead I have the ghost file. I created a ghost image
using Ghost 8.0. I am able to use the Ghost explorer and view all the files.
Is it possible to create a bootable image ?.

Can I format the USB key and copy all the files from the ghost image ?. Is
there any way I could make this work ?.
