XP Pro blue screens during install

I'm trying to install XP on an Asus PC-DL Deluxe with 2-
120GB Maxtor SATA drives (RAID 0). The rest of the rig
has 1GB Crucial LL PC3200, ATI All In Wonder Radeon, Lit
on CD and DVD burners, Antec Trupower 550w PS, and
2x2.4GHz Xeons. I downloaded the newest RAID drivers from
Asus. Here's what happens:

Install gets to transfering files, about 4%, then it blue
screens on me. The error is:

Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
Stop: 0x00000050
ntfs.sys - address F703..........
Message says to try disabling caching or shadowing in the
BIOS.

MS KB didn't help. Any ideas?

Tried different RAM? New does not mean "funtioning".

Wouldn't bad RAM fail to POST correctly?

No. Bad RAM would not necessarily fail to post. I have ran across dozens
of machines where bad RAM tested "okay" except under the most extreme tests
and after it was replaced, all the minor issues with the system 'magically
disappeared.'

What about incorrect memory speeds? Like a m/b requires
pc2700 and the ram is pc3200?

Thanks for the help. I got some bad advice on memory
compatability and I didn't research the issue well
enough. I installed PC3200 in a M/B that runs PC
2100/2700. This would seem to be the problem. I'll pick
up a couple of sticks of 2700 on Monday and test this
out.

Thanks,
Art
