XP Pro as a VPN Server

I just wanted to confirm something. I want to setup a
Windows XP Pro machine to be able to receive incoming
connections via VPN. I know it only allows 1 connection so
that's cool.

I am using a Linksys router for the gateway.
The PC has only 1 NIC. I only want to connect to this PC,
connections to other PC's on the LAN are not required from
the remote user.
Other users on the LAN have to be able to connect to
the "Server" (they are in a workgroup, no domain) for day-
to-day activities.
I have to open up port 1723 on the router.

Am I missing anything. Do I need 2 NIC's? Just making sure.
