XP Pro and WIN 98 2nd Ed Network Setup

I have a small home network of 4 computer to share files & printer. None connected to the internet. The 3 XP Pro computers are networking fine. Win 98 computer am having difficulty with setup. Can someone take me through the setup step by step?
